Can't OC Leadtek ti4600

Just for fun I tried to Overclock my leadtek GF4ti4600 using the utilities that came with the card. I only tried to bump up memory and gpu by 4mhz. After this my desktop would hang and my screen would pixelate.

System specs
P4 1.8 ghz
Abit BD-7 RAID mobo
256 ddr ram
soundblaster live 5.1
400 watt power supply
I have four case fans and my system and case temps are very good. Whats going on? Thanks.

thats very odd, my friend has the same problem, but he has a geforce 4 mx420, and all mx's r like that
neways try downloading RivaTuner and overclocking it with that, thats all i can think of, good luck
