Can't see anything and can't change resolution

Basically, this is a new build and I installed AMD catalyst. It asked to change to another resolution and I said yes. Now the screen looks like that :

I can't see anything on the screen. I tried plugging a different monitor... Same issue.
I really don't know what to do to change the resolution.

For your info, my video card is a R9 380 and my CPU is a Xeon.

Safe Mode? Have you tried that?

Well I was not able to boot in safe mode since I could not see anything.

However, after leaving my computer off and unattended for 30 minutes, everything seems fine now.. Weird.
