Question Can't stream to anything and its not my specs or internet.

First of all: I have no idea where to post this . I've tried to post it on other forums but to no avail. So i have this problem where i can't stream anything thats not Osu or Escape from Tarkov from my pc. Not to twitch, mixer or Discord. i have 500/500 mbps and my specs are i9-9900k, 2080 super and 16gb ddr 3000mhz ram. Its not the obs software since i have the same problem on discord.

You are not giving us any info,no wonder nobody can help you...
So you can stream those two games so your streaming setup should be ok,what is the problem with any other game you are trying to stream?

My problem is that the stream lags. Yes the only games ive been able to stream atm has been Osu and Tarkov.

If you are not using nvenc for the streaming then do switch to nvenc.
If you are using it switch the priority of nvcontainer.exe to high this will force windows to give the streaming task priority over your game so it will not lag.
DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU ARE USING x264 or any other CPU based encoding because it could use up a lot of your CPU power and make your system unresponsive.

This isnt a OBS only problem though. It also happends on discord. But ill try this

Yeah discord isn't recording the screen with magic,it is also using either nvenc or your CPU to create a stream,so the same applies there,nvcontainer is how any software does any recording if it uses an nvidia card to do so.
