The title says it all, unfortunately. I wanted to try updating my BIOS since I ran into some weird behavior rather suddenly, such as my crashing/display going black and my peripherals cutting out, and I have had luck doing that in the past. I was successfully able to update from F31 to F32; however, now when I try to update to F34 either directly through the BIOS or via GCC, the system gets stuck on boot code 11. It could be related to the issues I ran into earlier that sparked my desire to update, but I can't for the life of me figure out why the update won't progress.

When I try to update via BIOS, it verifies the file and restarts, just like it did for the update to F32, only this time when it reboots it gets stuck on post code 11, and never goes back into BIOS to complete the update.

I have an Aorus x670E XTREME motherboard, and was hoping to run through these updates to see if the help with my aforementioned issues/crashing.

First thing I'd try doing is making sure your chipset driver is on the latest version. Following that, instead of flashing the BIOS to version F32, from F31, I'd look into flashing to BIOS version F34 using the Q-Flash Plus button on the rear of your motherboard.

Different board but the principle remains the same.

Seems to be on the latest chipset driver listed on the Gigabyte site, still no luck.

Figured it out! It turns out that Curve Optimizer in RM was the ultimate culprit for my random crashing issues, despite being stable for quite some time. As for the BIOS, using the Q-Flash feature instead of the BIOS menu worked!
