[SOLVED] Card for gaming, VR and Neural Networks

Hi guys!
I am looking for a card which can offer good performance for gaming, VR (Oculus Quest 2 etc) and Neural Networks training (using CUDA). Right now I have an NVIDIA GTX 960, which it is a bit underpowered for VR. Do you have anything to suggest (budget 200 - 500)?

3060Ti is what i would get.
3070 is just not worth 100$ more for what gains it has (or should i say it lacks) over the 3060Ti.
3060Ti retails from 400$+,so i think atleast the founders edition should be in your price range.

Problem is, my hardware is a bit old:

• cpu 2600k
• motherboard Asus P8P67
• 32GB ddr3

Do you think these RTX cards will work on an old P8P67?

Doesnt really matter if its old,it will work,but consider upgrading that after the gpu

Thanks, I am little worried after reading this conversation about PCI-E 2.0 compatibility.
Theoretically the card should work even on PCI-E 2.0, but there are people reporting problems using it on older motherboards. What do you think?

Its been a long time since then,before running the card on your system,make sure u update the BIOS,windows,Unninstall your 970 drivers using DDU BEFORE putting in your 3060ti.And you should be all good to go.Also,what is your powersupply?
