Card recommendation?

I was looking at the GTX 580, but im not sure if i need that much. I have a Sapphire HD5870 right now. Any other recommendations? I seem to prefer nVidia, but i dont really have any good reasons for doing so.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: New build system (mostly i have the PSU already from a previous build, as well as my SSD hd, 3 other harddrives, cd/dvd drive)

Well if you are going to upgrade from the HD5870 you will have to go to the GTX580 so it would be really noticeable upgrade.

Hmm Maybe i will just upgrade everything except my video card then, if there wont be much of a difference unless i get a 580.
