Case airflow? What do you think?

I don't know if this is a good, or decent airflow in my case
i'm trying to optimize it, but I don't know where to start

right now, the case goes somewhat like this:
(exuse the **** diagram, i did it in MS word)

you can see the CPU cooler and the side fan, as well as the front intake space
(excuse the **** i wrote on it, i had to get this off an email i sent after my dad put that big ass box under my moniter)

lemme know if what you think
should i reverse the airflow of a certian fan? disconnect a fan?
I think i did a **** job, but i don't see how to improve it

Why? CPU temps running hot? GPU hot? What's your GPU anyway, that it blows into your case?

Dump the box, get some old phone books to put the monitor at a suitable height.

Dump the globe, mod your case to add a 120 MM fan as a top exhaust.

Why is your GPU cooler blowing towards the front of your case? Seems like it ruins the push/pull configuration of the rest of your fans. If you're having trouble with heat, you might consider getting an aftermarket cooler that blows out the right way. Also, get rid of that box... that's horrible for your neck. Your monitor should optimally be very slightly below your line of vision not a foot above it... :/

What is your gpu cooler? It's rather weird that the way the cooler blowing air...

For the side 80mm fan, I like to reverse it to exhaust hot air out from the case instead of intaking air in that it might disrupts the air flow of your entire case.

-Always mount your PSU at the bottom of the case. You never want your PSU above your CPU as it blocks optimised airflow

-Always face your cpu cooloer exaust so that it exits up. Heat naturaly rises. The key is to remove the heat from the cpu and have it exit the case FAST and in high volume.

-You want the greatest single exit for exaust air at the top of your case. Always directly over your CPU and more coverage doesnt hurt.

Basicly take the Antec 900. Make the case 1.5 inches wider and 2 inches longer. Face the HD rack sideways. Add a removable MB tray with door and hinge design. Close off the PSU area from the rest of the case and give it its own fan with the possibility of mounting 2 PSUs and keep the front area open for water cooling additions. Allow for another inch between the drive bay areas and the MB tray for wire routing. Add 2 more disk drive bays up front and a seperate top bay for fan control panel. Allow for .4 inches of more room behind the MB tray door for better wire routing. All of that and one more 200mm fan on the top of the case would create the best case in the industry imo. You start out with the best air cooled case and I can say this because I have actualy tested just about every top selling case in the airtech lab at work but you improve on every feature the case offers that needed improving. Basicly a case that does it all. Oh and add in optional cover panels for those who wish to use water cooling and do away with some of the fans.

I've got a 7800GT in there, with the stock cooler. Isn't the way the stock cooler works is it blows the air across the heatsink, towards the front of the case?

how can I do this if my case is made with the PSU mounting area on top?
