Question Case AirFlow

I have an Aerocool Quartz case which i bought for a budget build.. i only have 3 fans. shall i install 1 in the front, 1 in the back and the 3rd at the top?

Does it not have all of the fans shipped with the case? Is this the case?

Well it came with 4 fans .. the 1 at the back is messed up.. so i have 3

Moving one to back would help with airflow. So would replacing the messed up fan.
