I want to get a liquid cooler but don't know which one to get and I need a case to go with it. I want to spend around $200 for case and cooling.

Solution
thousands. comes down to what color do you want, do you want fancy or plain, do you want full size or mid, do you want usb 3.0, do you want removable bays, do you need a long case for a huge video card. saying you want a case with a window doesn't answer any of those questions.

Go look on newegg or pcparkpicker at case. pcpartpicker lets you pick window, color, usb3.0, etc so you can narrow it down.
for $200 you can't even do a basic water cooling setup, unless you want a closed loop system, which is basically a premade one that you just install. You don't change coolant, you don't add extra blocks, it's an all-in-one system for cooling. They run from about $80 to $160, so you could do one of them and case.
