Why not? We need a lot more info on this post than you have provided.
Such as, do you have a CD burner? Do you have a burning application such
as Nero or Roxio's Easy CD Creator? Are you using CD-Rs or CD-RWs?
Do you have blank (new) disks or are you trying to add to previous recorded
disks. Boot your PC with the CD-Rom empty, then try again. Enough?
