CD help

[hdrider]

I can't play or install anything even with start up. I have all my pics. on
cd's and i can't see them either. Help

Please help us to help you. What does "I can't" mean? Please
explain exactly what you tried to do, how you tried to do it, and
what happened when you tried? If you get an error message, please
quote it verbatim

Hi,

Can you see the drive in Windows Explore, or type the drive letter into the
address bar of Windows Explorer?
