I have a user that is VPNing to our office. They are using XP home edition.

With XP Professional, I have them ctrl+alt+del and select change password
and type in our server's name to change their password. With XP Home, when
they ctrl+alt+del they don't have the option to change password. How can I
get them to be able to change their password on our server remotely with XP
Home?

There isn't a simple way... One workaround is to have the user remote
desktop into a machine at the office and then reset the password there
(not ideal). Another option exists if you are using Exchange 2003
(maybe 2000 but I am not sure) and Outlook Web Assistant - you can
change your domain password there, too...
