[SOLVED] Cheap DDR3 Intel motherboard?

Recently broke my motherboard and decided to upgrade my PC as it was getting old anyway - was thinking of getting a cheap motherboard to fix my old PC though. Is there any usable motherboard for under 60 USD that supports i5-3470 and 8GB 2400mhz(don't really care about this) DDR3 memory? I found a couple for like 45 USD but they were from China, so I'm not sure if I should buy one of those or not.

LGA1155 MoBos are very old and getting one at cheap price is next to impossible. Only source for those MoBos would be 2nd hand market.

Here, i'd sell the CPU and DDR3 RAM you have and go with latest tech instead. E.g this combo:

Any new generic intel H61M chipset would do fine as long as comes with latest BIOS around year 2017 -2018. These mainboards shall detect any 2th or 3th Gen Intel CPU including Turbo Boost but PCI Express would run at x8 Gen 3.0 which is okay.
