Hi, is it worth paying the double for the z490 to be able to use the rams at 3200/3600 mhz with the i5 10400f?

I'm going to use it only for gaming at 1080p

I was between this models
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/All-series/PRIME-H410M-E/
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/PRIME/PRIME-Z490-P/

and the rams i had planned to do 2x8 3200mhz with these ,they are the cheapest I could find for now in the market

does the z490-p have any improvements besides the rams? I read that because of the mother vrm, the processor turbo stays longer, so a better mother would be giving me better performance or is it the same having the cheap mother?

While you can compare the differences in the specifications, the memory that you are looking at is NOT on the QVL for either board, so I would be wary.

You will get the same performance from either board but be aware that the supported memory speed depends on the CPU also, as stated in the specifications.
