i'm not sure what you want because a gtx 670 is a great card but still has processor troubles when paired with low-end processors. what i'm saying is is that you need great performance all round really.

you would really want an os and probably a hard disk as well as a case. with all of that that setup would be the cheapest i'd look at really.
