Asus P45 motherbard ASUS P5Q SE iP45 Socket 775 8 channel audio ATX Motherboard
XFX 295 GTX
E8400

we have chosen the E8400 3Ghz as atm it produces the best FPS/£ and will OC well the Q9550 2.83Ghz is a close second and still being considered but will cost £80 more

There are better coolers than the Freezer 7 Pro. The Scythe Ninja for example.

You don't need the Arctic Silver, Freezer 7 comes with MX-2.

I would recommend the 640GB HDD over the 500, they're faster.
