Alright heres the deal, I got windows XP profressional disc from my
forigen exchange student from Hong Kong, its in simplified Chineese.
All the system stuff is in chineese and for the most part it doesn't
bother me but sometimes it does. The regional settings are already set
to english but all the system stuff pops up in chineese. I can't copy or
paste it so I can't use any online translators either.

Is there anything for Windows Professional XP that I can get to
automatically translate it into English?

You buy an English version and install it.

What is bump? This isn't a forum, it's a newsgroup. You ask your
question, people post replies. Usually in a few hours, but could be a
day or two depending on the question and who is reading the group.

I dont think it's possible, short of buying the English version of XP.

It would involve finding English language substitutes for the relevant
system files (eg ntoskrnl.exe, explorer.exe, logonui.exe etc ) and setting
your computer to use those English language files eg through registry
settings / modifying boot.ini etc, rather than the Chinese ones.
