[SOLVED] Chipset software installation failed

I just bought MSI B4MW laptop yesterday. While trying to update the drivers the chipset software installation wont complete
does anyone know how to fix it?

Try the auto detect tool on the AMD site and see if it detects newer drivers for your laptop.

Was the system working properly before you attempted to update the chipset drivers?

yes it was and still is working fine

Don't get paranoid about driver updates in future ---- if laptop is working fine leave it alone. Remember the old adage "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

You can see version numbers installed in the Radeon app (right click on desktop and open the Radeon app, System section).

Updating drivers, occasionally, will generally update the AMD components needed.
