Question Chipset temperature SB is 60° in new X570 Phantom Gaming 4 Motherboard fan rpm at 3400 (automatic speed)

I just bought a Ryzen 5 3600 with a X570 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard. I have a problem with the chipset temperature, its a 56-60° give or take and im not even gaming its at idle, also the fan rpm of the motherboard is at 3400 ... what is happening? should i be worried?

My ASUS X570 ROG Crosshair VIII Hero with a AMD 3900X has the chipset running at 62 degrees at idle. My fan is running at 2700 rpm as I type... My previous board, the MSi X570 MPG Gaming Pro Carbon also ran around 60-65 degrees so I would not be too concerned...

I would be more concerned with the CPU and VRM temps over the chipset...

No im not worried about the fan noise, im worried that the chipset is getting too hot, is 3400 rpm and 60° standard for idle in this X570? is it dangerous? The fan is relatively quiet but i live near an avenue and cant measure it very accurately.
