A recent update has changed the startup behavior of my computer. It used to
come up with the logon screen and the password box was automatically
displayed. Now I have to "click to logon" -- which means that the password
box is hidden when the screen appears. There is only one user account. I am
really annoyed by this extra step. I want to have the password box show up
for my user name by default. Any tweaks for this? Thanks.

Hi,

are you using the welcome screen. then u have to click ur name to get the
password text to enter the password.

if u dont wnat to enter the password but go directly then use tweak ui to
enter the passowrd so that u dont ahve to enter it every time and then log in
directly when the computer starts.

No, that's not what I mean. I want to have a password to logon. But,
previously, the screen showed the password box by default. Now I have to
click before getting the password box. Only one user id on the system. How
can I eliminate the need to click and have the password box always show up on
the Welcome screen.

Thanks.
