Cod mw3 on intel hd graphics(problem)

Hey,there u go with my specs
core i5 2400
4 gb ddr3 ram
intel dh67cl mobo
intel hd graphics 2000,.
I know i need to spend on my card but in mw3 i can play special ops on decent setting without any lags but when i starts the campaign a loading screen comes and it hangs..
Any solutions?

That's probably something with the game itself, not caused by the graphics card.

Only thing I can think of that might work is reinstallation.
If you have a rip or a repack, the campaign might not have been included with the game.

but will it lost any game data?

When you uninstall a game, it usually asks you if you would like to keep your profiles and saves. So, no, you won't lose your game data. Although it won't hurt if you make a restore point in System Restore before uninstalling.
