[SOLVED] Code 39 Wifi adapter issues ?

I recently have had internet problems and had to get a cheap data to wifi router. My PC's old wireless adaptor did not have range to detect the new router so I grabbed and older adapter and used that. It was fine before the issue. I installed a driver off of the website and it gave me code 39. Adapter: Belkin F9L1002v1

Code 39 - Windows cannot load the driver for this device.

Most likely the driver is missing because the product download page shows no Windows 10 driver for that wireless adapter:
