Question Coil-whine from motherboard ?

Hi! please answer my questions. So my Motherboard(Tuf gaming b560m-plus) produce coil whine. the noise come from the back side. when my pc idle its fully silent. on light load (like google chrome browsing) its high pitched noise. and when i gaming its low pitched buzzing. if my case fully assembled, i can only hear it when i put my ear next to it. So my question would be is it harmless to my other hardwares? Should i worry?

It can sometimes be annoying but coil whine is pretty much a normal side effect of VRM designs. At least yours doesn't seem to be but even if it should be annoying it's not harmful and no reason for worry.
