Hello! I have 2 identical Samsung monitors that I have used forever and I noticed something strange in the desktop color settings of my NVIDIA control panel. My main monitors accuracy profile is 'Enhanced' while the 2nd monitor is set to 'Accurate'.

I have done zero color adjustments to the 1st monitor and have no idea why it would be set to 'Enhanced'. Is there a way I can change the color accuracy mode of the 'Enhanced' monitor to 'Accurate'? It's just something that is bugging me even though I am confident there is zero difference in image output between the monitors, at least to my naked eye.

I think I figured it out. Clean re-installing my display drivers fixed the issue. It seems if you move any color adjustments bars on the selected monitor and not even save the changes, the Nvidia settings save the color accuracy mode as 'enhanced' even if no color changes are saved. Must be some sort of display bug. Just a heads up.
