[citation][nom]peacock[/nom]Dude, read the article and check the images. He ordered TWO for $65.[/citation]

Seriously did you not read the article? This was after the author had been trying to contact them several times during the first week. They were leaving voicemails which none of us have heard. If my site said it would take 3-7 days to leave my facility and within that 7 days i had several voicemails from one person, I would think they were obnoxious.

Once again though I am not defending the seller. He is clearly screwed up. I am just saying the author was obnoxious during the process.

So before you accuse somebody of not reading, maybe you should read the entire article and the entire post.

[citation][nom]peacock[/nom]Did you not read the article properly? I think some people really have poor reading comprehension. The author said that Free told him the product was SHIPPED, and THEN could not provide valid tracking info. Readers like you just give this community a headache.[/citation]

This is the one that I meant to reply to. Same poster.

Mr Free/Meek is living in his dream...

I have a dream that paying for shipment doesn't include tracking number, and for the same reason it doesn't include any stamps and envelope, so I don't need to ship my product until he send me the tracking number, stamps and envelope

I have a dream that Tuan will buy my H1N1 resistant, green, manufacturing promoting, jobless saving, trademark infringed Macpadd 3 weeks later, so I prepay the shipment 4 weeks before he buy.

I have a dream that I am a CPA, MBA, engineer and the best hacker in the world, so even I am not Mr. Free, I can hack into Free's email account and read his email.

I have a dream that even I got fired/failed job interview from Microsoft and so invented my H1N1 resistant, green, manufacturing promoting, jobless saving, trademark infringed in Macpadd in favor of Mac to the Micromouse system, I am still working for the Microsoft Information team,
and so my (Micromouse's) proper distributors will sell a Mac only product to Micromouse's user.

I have a dream that MBA knows that "Professional and ethical treating others the way we would want to be treated" means "Professional and ethical lying and scamming customers from the hell" and "it is funny to hear those fool from hell to complain my professional and ethical treatment", so I will keep their product from shipment for 37 days.

I have a dream that I am living in my dream, so "Get out of my f***ing life!"

I was patient with an order once because I understood it was a small company and many of the employees worked from home. So I didn't say anything when I didn't receive a tracking number.

Sure enough, by the time I decided to do something about it, the paypal dispute window had closed. I never got my item, never got a refund.

So I know it sometimes sounds like an entitled buyer who just can't wait for his order to arrive, but that tracking number is very important. It is even more important with smaller companies where other types of guarantees and services are not fiscally efficient.

This instance with MacPadd is simply an individual who does not understand what it means to run a profitable business.

The USPS web site will provide data on foreign tracking numbers bound for the US.

http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do

"Label/Receipt Number: CX24 5270 096C A
Status: Foreign Acceptance

Your item was accepted on March 10, 2009 at 4:45 pm. No further information is available for this item. "

The tracking number he provided was from something sent March 10th, not October 3rd.

Unfortunately, when it comes to USPS tracking, it doesn't always get updated. I've had packages delivered that never show anything beyond being received by the post office.

I am a lucky one. Got the Pad in a week no problems. Bought it right after it appeared in Gizmodo. Feeling the bullet whizz by my ear.

Chazz

Macpadd sucks. The guy hasn't paid his taxes and should be investigated for fraud. My cock could make a better business website than this douche. I bet his wife has uneven tits.

Macpadd sucks.

yep, it is the same guy. This link has been posted in other thread. It shows that Mr Free was a trouble-making CAO who was fired because of long-period unreasonable absence and don't know how to administrate and communicate people.

You can also see his claim. Making claims for being harassment, but can't even provide any evidence for test in court. See any similarity?

Do people really want aluminum mousepads? If so, I will make them in my machine shop for the same $35 and you won't even have to have that douchy macpadd logo on it.

It is now 2011, but I stumbled across this by actually ending up on MacPadd.com. Not to buy, but to check out what current aluminium mousepads different companies have to offer. At any rate, though this is old, I thought I'd go ahead and say that thanks to a disclaimer posted on MacPadd.com, I was able to find this article, most helpful and amusing! 😀
