Question Compare files on different drives

I have 2 external HDs: drive E and drive F. There are more files on drive F than there are on drive E. I want to be able to compare the 2 drives to see which files are different on each drive. I only want to see the files that are on one drive, but not on the other. I want to do so using PowerShell 5.1

The tool mentioned in your other thread, FreeFileSync, does this as well.
