Compatability for 60gxp!

I was wondering if anyone had an IBM 60gxp w/ an Asus A7M mobo? I have an Asus A7M, but when I was at IBM's website looking up the compatability for the 60gxp, they didn't have the A7M listed or the AMD 761 chipset on their list.

Better yet, can someone tell me what an incompatable hard drive is? I don't understand how a hard drive can be incompatable.
