if you planning to get whole system over 6months then i would suggest you wait for the 3rd gen ryzen
and the things you listed for the build are .. just a NO, NO i mean.

-you dont need a liquid cooler unless you planning to overclock that thing to over 4.5ghz and run it over 90%+ load and keep it running over extended period of time.. just get a decent air cooler around $50AUD
-avoid RGB ram, they look cool in the start, your mates will say 'WOW' but after few months they wouldnt matter. save a bit here too. and 3000mhz are solid too 3200mhz is over kill.
-unless you showcase your PC case you can save there as well
-way too strong PSU for that build TBH 500 or 550w is more than enough for 2060, 550 to 600w for 2070.
-you dont need 180hz monitor rtx2060 in 1080p high settings in games you suggested wouldnt be pumping out anything over 80-100fps get 120hz monitor

now all the money you saved here you can just save it or get a better GPU.
get RGB case fans or rgb strips not rgb ram sticks if you still want to pimp out your rig :p

You are overspending on CPU cooler, RGB RAM and case, all being luxury items without no real performance gain. Money spent on them could be put to better use toward 2700x and 2070 GPU.

Yeah, But you don't need that mobo though, you can save some there, and get a Nzxt H500 instead of the eclipse, if you gonna stay with the case you got you need a different video card because it may block up some drive bays.
