Specs:
CPU:
-i3-2100
Mobo: GigaByte GA-H61M-S

Zotac GTZ 650 Ti

Please let me know.
Thanks.

Is it compatible? Yes.

DDR3L is a lower voltage(1.35v) module that can also run at the DDR3 standard of 1.5v.

No one can give you a solid answer as to whether the 2 sticks will get along. Mixing ram is always a gamble, and the symptoms of incompatibility don't always appear right away.
Symptoms include:
-freezing/crashing
-stuttering
-BSODs
