Compatibility of motherboard and CPU

Hey guys,

So I was thinking of upgrading my processor. My current Intel Pentium G2030 isn't serving me well enough so I am aiming straight for Intel Core i-5 4440. Any issues with putting that onto my Gigabyte GA-H61M-USB3V? Kinda researched it and don't see anything wrong, just wanted to check

Also how well will the i5 run with my current AMD Radeon 7770 core edition GPU? Thank you!

Oh God, thanks that completely flew past my attention!
In that case, opinions on i3-3220? It's a shame it's not quad-core and all but I heard some pretty good things about it
