Is there a way to check if semi-old pc's/graphic cards will work fine on ultrawide displays? (say 29-34"). I'm looking at buying one of the refurbished but updated computer towers on ebay or amazon and they seem to be machines from around 2012 with updated everything except graphic cards. I don't game or anything and primarily use my macbook but would like to hook up one of these desktops to an ultrawide monitor for working on assignments in Word and such.
