Hello whoever is reading this! I have been wanting to upgrade my PC for a while and I have a parts list of Ideas. If you are able to confirm or correct my build, it would be muchly appreciated!

That PSU is plain bad. It has to go.

You should try the stock cooler before deciding on an aft one. It is pretty good.
16gb RAM is plenty to start with...
