i'm using AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon(tm) HD 8570D Graphics(G1.Sniper A88X motherboard),8gb RAM,1tb HDD,hyperx 480gb ssd and 550w psu...is it compatible with MSI Geforce GTX 960 4G?

the 960 will work with your mb and power supply. there alos the newer amd gpu that are dropping next week that are low wattage and will work.

Any mobo that has a PCI-e x16 slot will support any graphics card irrespective of memory type. As for your mobo it has a PCI-e x16 slot, so it is supported.
