Compatible? My Budget Gaming E8400 Build

Are all of the components that I have selected compatible with each other? Any obvious bad choices? I think I have researched this pretty well but I would like some advice. I want to play Fallout 3, GTA4, Left 4 Dead, Crysis, etc at a decent fps.

It's not a bad system. I have no experience with that LCD, but I'm sure it'll be fine.

If you have Fry's or Microcenter, a better gaming case is the Antec 300, both have them on sale at $35 and $39.
