Hello everyone, this Christmas I built my computer and it worked great for about a week, but then it started true freezing while I am streaming or playing World of Warcraft and I have to hard shutdown in order to gain control of it again. I have tried uninstalling windows, updating all the drivers, running virus and malware scans and disk defrag. I am not the best with computers and I am too poor to afford anyone to come and look at my computer.

my computer specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-core processor 4.05 GHz
Geforce GTX 1050Ti
16.0 GB of ram

these are the errors I get in the event viewer after a freeze and hard shutdown in order:

The operating system started at system time ‎2019‎-‎02‎-‎12T10:00:20.500000000Z.

Virtualization-based security (policies: 0) is disabled.

The last shutdown's success status was false. The last boot's success status was true.

The boot type was 0x0.

The boot menu policy was 0x1.

There are 0x1 boot options on this system.

The bootmgr spent 0 ms waiting for user input.

The firmware reported boot metrics

If anyone needs more information about my computer issues please ask, you might need to be specific though because I don't always know exactly how to do things.
If anyone can help me It would literally mean so much, Streaming is the only thing that I enjoy doing and these freezes make it impossible to stream longer than an hour at a time.

Solution
I don't see any real errors amongst that info. In Event Viewer, errors have a red exclamation symbol next to them. Warning messages can be important too, they have a yellow exclamation symbol next to them. Everything else can be ignored. Btw, it is specifically the "Windows Logs -> System" section of Event Viewer that you should be looking at. Check for red and yellow error messages around the specific time the freeze started. Error messages that appear during windows startup are likely to be irrelevant. If you don't see any errors/warnings around the time of the freeze, then the logs probably arent gonna be of any use.

Btw, have you tried waiting for a minute once the freeze begins to see if it recovers? I once had a freezing...

Btw, have you tried waiting for a minute once the freeze begins to see if it recovers? I once had a freezing problem related to an old SSD. The system would freeze for 30s before continuing and i'd get a storahci warning message appearing in Event Viewer when this happened. The cause might be different in your case though, especially if the freeze really is permanent.
