Computer bulding low budget

Need help for buying cpu/motherboard/ram . Have on my computer graphic card R7 360/intel pentium duo 8400/ ram ddr2 4gb with motherboard that just support ddr 2 . So my question is can someone pls help me with bulding computer for games. My budget is around 200euro so i know thats not that much but still im not planning to play games like GTA/Pray etc ... Im more like wow/dota/hots player Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
