Computer crashes; RAM problem?

Hello tom's hardware.

My computer has been crashing recently. No BSOD, just everything instantly shutting down and restarting. At first I figured it was overheating. I checked the temps and everything was average. Disabled my overclock (3.1 to 3.5), and still continued to happened.

My BIOS is up to date.

My current hardware:

Mobo: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX AM3+
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600
PSU: Zephyr MX 750W
CPU: AMD FX-8120 Zambezi 3.1GHz
GPU: Radeon 6950

If you pc just shuts off then restarts, it could be your psu.
