Computer crashing after new parts

So I upgraded some parts on my computer. I bought 2 more sticks of ram that were the same size and model of the other 2 sticks and i bought a fxs 7970. After installing them my computer was randomly crashing to a black screen or a white screen with vertical lines now the weird thing is i can hear audio or skype calls.. just weird screens. Figured it might be a driver thing so I just reformatted the drive and re installed windows. same thing happened again. i took it apart and re seated ram and graphics card. still doing it. upgraded to beta drivers still doing it. flashed bios. still doing it.

I am out of ideas and any thought would help

Windows 7 64bit
4x2 gb gskill pc1600 ram
FX-8320
FXS 7970

run cpu-z read the ram spd info on all the dimms make sure there the same. if they are you might have to bump up the dram voltage with 4 dimms. the other issue could be your power supply could be under sized for that high end gpu. i would also check that your mb running the newest bios.
