Question Computer crashing with loud buzz noise

For some reason, my computer has been crashing off and on past two months. Today is been bad because it lagged really bad at one point which has never happened before. I got a blue screen with the noise and then restarted then 15 mins later it froze (no blue screen) with same noise.

I know nothing about computers at all. ..if someone could use easy terminology to help id super appreciate iti need my computer for work and only get paid for work that gets done on said computer... here are some things i did. I just googled how to check for errors .

My computer is a great computer but Idk whats wrong... I did try to go to the windows memory file but it wont let me access it. even when i right click i dont see anything that says ruin as administrator so i cant access it . my space is a little low on my main hard drive its at 16 gigs rn , I recently moved a lot to my other hardrive..will try to move more. im just really stressed because i need to be able to work to pay for my fathers medical needs so I would desperately appreciate the help. thank you in advance for your time..

Considering that this is a thread of troubleshooting nature, we're going to need a little more information. Please list the specs of your full build, including the make and model of your PSU and it's age.

List specs like so;
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS: version of Windows 10

Can you get into BIOS and remain there indefinitely?
