Question Computer freezes and makes beeping sound whenever a program is executed ?

My computer makes a weird beeping sound whenever i open a somewhat heavy program and freezes, said programs could be executed and ran smoothly before. Below is a YouTube link with the sound (bad quality, sorry)

As you can hear, it's a "clicking" sound followed by a "beep"
Windows is installed on an SSD, there is also an HDD connected, but with no OS installed.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
12 GB of RAM
Windows 10 Pro
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Try unplugging your hd and see if this continues.

Try unplugging your hd and see if this continues.

The noise indeed stopped while unplugging the HD, thank you. It seems that only things in the HD were slow, i'll try to format it and see if it gets any better.
