Question Computer freezes when I alt-tab from games ?

It always happens when i alt tab because my discord audio stops working. I can open applications etc. but they all freeze and dont work. Computer turns off only when using a hard shutdown. I thought it was something with the computer overheating but the temps are just fine. I tried looking inside the case if nothing came loose but everything is alright. i couldnt find the same problem anywhere on the internet
my specs:

OS: Windows 10
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x DDR4
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B450 AORUS ELITE
GPU: GTX 1050 ti
RAM: 24 gb
SSD: WDC wds500g2b0a 500GB
HDD: WDC WD1003FZEX 1TB
PSU: Corsair VS450 450w about 4 years old

An immediate suspect - likely nearing its' designed in EOL (End of Life).

If possible swap in another known working PSU of higher wattage. Remember do not mix and match in cables from other PSUs.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer. Do you see any error codes, warnings, or informational events that correspond with the freezes and other observed problems.

Not sure if it works maybe try turning off game mode if it’s on?
