Computer isn't starting up, any help would be great

Woke up to turn my PC on, and now it won't start up properly it was fine last night. It goes through the windows 10 startup then just greets me with both of my monitors flashing black and white with an underscore there

My cursor appears though and works. I haven't tinkered with my PC, I did have a power cut in the night, my PC wasn't turned on but plugged in.

Anyone know of how to fix this? I have tried alt f10 but nothing happens. Thanks

Try booting with one stick of RAM, try the boot drive in another PC.
