This only happens when I shutdown my computer, sometimes the spinning logo will get stuck and it won't turn off or it will proceed and the displays will turn off but the computer itself stays on (assuming still stuck in shutdown). This doesn't happen everytime but I would like to find out if something is not working properly anymore and if anyone has a idea to whats causing it.
computer info:
windows 10 Pro 22H2 OS build 19045.3086
motherboard Tuf gaming X570-plus (wifi)
processor amd ryzen 7 2700X 8 core, 3700 mhz
gpu nvidia 3070 ti
850 gold corsair power supply
32 gb of ram

if anything else is needed just ask.
thanks.

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

clean boot

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

run the RAM @2133MHz to check if it happens then too

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)
