Set up a new computer recently and the device just hangs after a short period of time, takes no input and has to be powered down to do anything.

So first of all this happend while trying to install the OS for the first time, It would hang on the windows logo without proceeding forward. I changed some of the BIOs settings and managed to get it stable enough to install. It seems to run in safe mode for a much longer period of time I have not yet seen it crash in safe mode. I've installed drivers and a few other programs. Apart from this issue it seems to be working normally.

Everything was bought new about a week ago apart from the PSU.

Intel - Core i7-9700K
MSI - Z390-A PRO
Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Corsair - H100i PRO 75 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Seagate - Barracuda 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
MSI - GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB Video Card
NZXT - H500 ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair cs850m

Ive tried these steps to resolve the issue:
-Memory diagnostic (Returned fine)
-Run in safe mode (Seems to not crash)
-Recorded the temperatures during the crashes 32 degrees on the cpu and 36 on the gpu
-Check disk while in safe mode (Returned no problems)
-removed graphics card and started running on integrated, still causes the same issue.
-Changed ram sticks from 3kMhz to 2666MHz no change they were clocked somewhere at 2100MHz in the bios
