Computer not booting suddenly

Am using windows 7 64 bit suddenly it shut down automatically and now its not turning on back no power to mouse keyboard nor monitor only a led is glowing on the motherboard no beep sound no display the moment it press power button in the cup the fan rotates for a second and then comes down what's the problem av taken that small battery and fixed it back removed the ram and tried what's next

Try removing any USB-s and stay only on Display connector and power cable
