Hello. I have a problem with my computer , i just upgraded it , bought a new motherboard and cpu , and when im trying to run it now , it just gets to windows loading screen and restarts or freezes my screen with strange blue screen on top and black screen bottom. I have tried changing ram slots (i have only 1 ram stick) unplugging everything and plugging back , basicly everything

Well. Im fairly nee to the pc building etc , but im sure i did everything ok.
Ive now trying to boot only with HDD and it says insert bootable device , and when trying to boot from usb is the windows loop , so i dont know what to do. ( i havent tested properly if my usb is working how it should , cause its blinking all the time and thats scaring me , but i guess i could test that monday , cause i dont have time now.
But the questio i want to ask is if i can put my i3 550 on ms-7599ver 1.2 motherboard?

Update :
I am currently getting error about "a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer"
Pfn_list-corrupt
Technical information:
***STOP :0x0000004E (0X0000000000000099 , 0x0000000000127EDE )

That specific error can be caused by a lot of things.

In most cases, you will experience PFN_LIST_CORRUPT blue screen errors after you’ve installed new hardware or software. These PFN_LIST_CORRUPT blue screens can appear during program installation, while a Microsoft Corporation-related software program (eg. Windows Operating System) is running, while a Windows driver is being loaded, or during Windows startup or shutdown. Keeping track of when and where your STOP error occurs is a critical piece of information in troubleshooting the problem.

Error 0x4E blue screen caused by a damaged hard disk.

I think i know where the problem is , but i dont know how to fix it. Basicly , the provlem is disk.sys , cause when i try to run safe mode with networking it stops at disk.sys and turns off

You might also want to try swapping the RAM to the other slot (with the PC off and PSU switched off, with one hand on the case at all times to avoid any static discharge) then try again.

This is a common reason for disk.sys failure

No. I have no windows installed. It just lets me do that. But when i run safe mode with networking or safe mode with cmd it shows drivers

And i cant swap rams , cause i only have 1.
And booting lets me just :
Safe mode
Safe mode with networking
Safe mode with cmd
Boot logging
Low resolution
Last known good config
Restore mode
Debug mode
Automatic restart disable
Driver signature enforcment disable
Start windows normallu

I'm unaware of a method of entering safe mode without having windows installed. Have you tried the repair tool. I think you should attempt to install it again. Because it seems to have partially installed.

Did you try placing the RAM stick in the other slot? It's one of the likely causes of disk.sys

But another likely cause is a partial install

The repair tool should be in the same place where you selected advanced startup options to boot into safe mode.

It should already be included in your USB as a part of the windows installation tool.

It also comes in the windows 8 DVD as a part of the installation tool.
