Sometimes, when I am playing games or just using my computer in general it will reset completely. There is no BSOD or anything of that nature, it just reboots automatically. I have new ram, however, I think one of my dimm slots might be broken. With my previous ram, I removed one of the sticks in the second dimm slot. It then fixed it. I just ran a default windows ram test. Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD A8-5500
GPU: ASUS OC GeForce GTX 750ti
RAM: 2x4gb Gskill Ripjaws DDR3-1600mhz
MOBO: MSI A78M-E35
STORAGE: 2x Seagate HDD, 2tb, 160gb
PSU: Thermaltake SMART 430w 80+

[Windows 10] -- added by mod.

So you say that plugging the RAM out fixed it? Well that's pretty straight to the point.
To make sure, create an USB stick with memtest86+ (https://www.memtest.org/) and run a test with each RAM one by one, and in different slots, with or without the DIMM you're suspicious of, in short, try testing every possibility, at least 4 passes, or even better, overnight. The only error count you want is a big zero. Anything higher than that is a problem, anything lower than that is, uh, not sure but it'd be bad to have negative amount of errors.
