Computer randomly shuts down while gaming

I was playing TF2 yesterday and my computer restarted three times in one session. Also, for some reason, whenever i touch the cable that plugs my tv (which im using as a monitor at the moment) into the wall, the tv shuts off and goes black. Is this related to the restarts? Yesterday i had to hook up a new power supply, "RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-730SS 730W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Modular Power Supply, New Version with Build-in LED Fan On/Off Switch", and these are my specs.

GPU: AMD R9 270X
CPU: AMD FX-8320
HDD: WD 1TB veolociraptor
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB one stick
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Case: Rosewill Line-M

Sounds like motherboard is shutting off either due to temperature or power issues. Monitor and log both of them while gaming to see if that's is indeed the case. Lots of software to choose from to do this job and are free.

Get a decent PSU. Raidmax is not a quality brand
