Computer restarts or turns off during gameplay

please any one solve this for me i usuaally play lot of games on my rig .... since yesterday my system is constantly rebooting as soon as i start playing games ..... even my ups start blinkin i mean it goes ofline just as when power cuts off , all during the gaming and as soon as i return to my homescreen after quickly exiting the game before my ups goes off, i becomes npormal i mean ups stops blinkin and stays in normal state ... this started hapenning today .... yesterday there was frequent rebooting just when i started playing games . so there is one common thing ive noticed during gaming im facing these problems and i am not able to makeout what is faulty here ....
MY SYSTEM SPEC IS AMD FX 4100 , MSI 970G46 mobo , 8gb ram , zotac 750 1gb gpu, 500 watt psu, led 23 inch monitor, ups apc 600va-360waatts
please guide me on this problem

Need more info.. Are you overclocked ? Ever overclocked ? Are all cables in the case plugged in ? Cables outside ? What are your temps when it happens ? When Idle ? etc..

no its tootally normal while in idle and doing other stuffs like watching video and all but while playing games like crysis3 and modernwarfare 4 it works for 10 mints and then shuts off ....... yes i had done overclockin which im deeply regrettin rit now please suggest me a good idea and just point out what is deefective here mobo or the proccessor ... and yes fans makes a big sound and the system shuts off

Are you still overclocked? Do you know how to overclock properly ? Did you at one time damage the hardware ?
