I upgraded my cpu (amd fx 4130 to fx 8350) and cooler master evo 212 cooler. My computer freezes and suddenly restarts after like 6 or more hours using.
Im pretty sure that i didn't install my cpu and cooler wrong because it works fine most of the time but im worried about these restarts. And i read about this could that be GPU, Power supply or BIOS (that i haven't never upgraded) that causes all these. And my temperatures are probably fine. CPU 35 (when playing games like 2-4 hours it goes 50-55) and Mainboard 26 (when playing 30) I have currently 550W PSU, and i think i should upgrade that.

As long as you are not OC'ing with that board, it should be fine. It is a good board. Let's be sure there isn't some software issue causing the freezing and eventual restarts. Run CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both. That should clean up most software conflicts, registry errors, resource-wasting crap, etc. Disable as much as possible that starts up with Win. Look in your tray for stuff you can live w/o.

Then run DDU from safe mode to uninstall any AMD and Nvidia gfx drivers it finds. Re-boot and install the latest gfx...

That's a great PSU and more than enough for the 140W GTX 660 and 125W FX-8350. Of course, it could still be failing.
Your temps are about normal at idle and load. So the cooler must be doing its job. I can't think of any reason a BIOS update would make any difference.
Btw, what motherboard do you have?

I was thinking about that bios update but i dont want to do that on my own because i read about that can fail really bad.
My Motherboard is Asus m5a97 r2.0

Keep an eye on GPU, CPU, and board (chipset) temps while you game.
